TESTING SERVICES

Together with one of our consulting engineers, we have developed the Rapid Uplift Test.

This apparatus has been designed to make on-site testing a simple, effective and accurate process.

Our Rapid Uplift Test is performed to ensure that the minimum required uplift capacity is achieved as specified, and uses a calculation method to determine whether the pile will satisfy the nominated kN in compression.

Every Katana Foundations contractor has been issued with a Rapid Uplift Test unit. Tests can be carried out based upon a request from the structural engineer or builder, and all results are recorded on the Katana Installation Report.
